FAQ's

What to do on your first visit.
We can’t wait to meet you at your appointment!
We have sent you a new client form, please complete this before you arrive. Please also arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for any final consultation details. While you’re here, we’d love to make you a drink, have a chat, and feel free to browse the products we have.

Where are you located?
We are located at 8 School Close in the Old Grammar School, at the top of Henver Road. When you pull into the carpark you will see the Clinic to the left of the building. You can park in front of the salon or anywhere around the building. We kindly ask that you do not park outside the residential houses or in Rumbles parking spaces.

Do I need a Patch Test
If you are having an Eyelash Lift, Brow Lamination or any Tint and you have not been to us for this treatment within 12 months, you will need to pop in for a Patch Test at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

If you would like to have any laser treatments, a patch test will be required. You can book this online or please contact the clinic directly to get booked in.

Treatment Pre and Post Care
All of our pre- and post-treatment care information can be found on our website. If you are unsure about anything, please contact the clinic and we’ll be happy to help.

Medical History
If you have any medical conditions, are currently or have recently been taking any medication, have any allergies, or are pregnant, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment. This information may affect the treatment we carry out, so it’s important we are aware in advance to ensure your treatment is both safe and effective. Failure to inform us may result in us being unable to proceed with your appointment.

Consultation Forms
If you are a new client, please complete your ‘new client’ form sent to you upon booking. Any treatment-specific forms will be provided for you to complete on arrival at the clinic.

Consultation forms need to be completed before every treatment. This helps us ensure we always have the most up-to-date information, including any changes to your medical history, medications, allergies, or skincare products you may be using that could affect your treatment. Keeping this information current allows us to provide the safest care and the highest standards possible.

What is the cancellation policy?
We completely understand that things crop up and plans can change, but please note our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

24–48 hours’ notice – your deposit will be forfeited.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show – the full appointment fee will apply. (If you’re on a block of sessions, one session will be deducted.)

We also understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, and your reason may be valid. However, our policy is in place to protect our business. Late cancellations are extremely difficult to fill at such short notice, which impacts our therapists, our schedule and other clients waiting for appointments. We will always try our best to fill the space, but if we are unable to, the relevant fee will apply.

If you choose to amend and shorten your appointment with 48 hours, please note that your original fee will still apply, as that time has been allocated to you.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
We require a 50% deposit at least 48 hours before your appointment to secure your booking. Your deposit is completely refundable or transferable as long as you cancel/rearrange inline with our cancellation policy.
